For the job interview which is conducted via remote Video call, what kind of attire is best?
suits and ties, or just shirts(business casual)?

Do you know what the employers would wear in their office?

Wear that.

For a video interview, you don't need a full suit. A jacket would be nice. Hell, you could even do the interview without pants. They would never know.

Ties only if you are comfortable.

I dress up for interviews without ties. It allows me to be more relaxed. When I get excited and try to project my voice, the collar feels tight. This is for the Finance and Banking area, which is known for being conservative. They still offer a job. They don't care about the tie.

When I say suit jacket without tie, think along the lines of a business consultant more so than a Saturday night at the bars. A conservative shirt with a navy or charcoal blazer. I prefer magnetic collar stays over a button-down collar. It looks cleaner.

If this is for something extremely conservative like the legal profession, you will want the tie.

I'd treat it as an in-person interview and wear a suit.

Depends on what type of job it is.... if it's an interview for a streaming video porn site, wear nothing.

Wear what you would wear in an in-person interview. Should not be treated any different.

What if they wanted you to stand up at one point. It would be funny if life were a sitcom.
