At the moment I have experience in 3 countries: my main country and another 2 countries in different continents each other, one position was in engineering and the other one as data analyst.
How generally is seen having experience in different countries than yours? How can you make a possitive impact on potential employers or even to get a promotion with your current employer?

The usual response to such a vague question is probably "It depends'." The nature of the work a vacant position requires would obviously affect how important such experience is. If the position being applied for does not require being fluent in multiple languages or have any direct dealings with other countries, such experience may not impress anyone.
I guess you would have to explain what skills you learned by working in a foreign environment for it to have any potential meaning, wouldn't you? If you want a promotion or you want to make a positive impact, you need to show that your skills (hard, and soft) are relevant and transferable.
If a factory in Oklahoma wants a Quality Control engineer, they don't care that you spent 3 years in Poland being a data analyst for a bank.
If you are working for a factory in Texas and they want to expand their business opportunities into Mexico City, the 3 years you spent in Mexico City doing a comparable job should weigh in your favor.
If you have a wide variety of experience spanning the globe, you may want to sell your soft skills about collaboration/leadership in working with different religions, races, ethnicities, worldviews, etc.

There are jobs in international marketing at places like airports and seaports, some actually having employees in other countries to promote their business. Many of the bigger software companies sell products in many different languages, and have people in many countries. Amazon and other big companies have commercial real estate people in many other countries to buy or lease properties for their operations there. In fact one of our employees was poached by Amazon to handle real estate transactions for them in India. The accountant that I work with is from Nigeria, where she got her degrees and did the same kind of work, and she has worked out very well for us here.
