I get what you are saying. What I'm talking about us the foolery employers are taking people through to get the job. What happened to fill out an application; come in for interview; check references; you're hired/ your're not hired NEXT! ?What happened. They called this guy/lady back after 5 months. 5months? With technology and all these databases that hold different info and testing; It should now be easier and faster to hire someone. Employers are juicing the system looking to find the most over qualified person for the position. Knowing they can do several jobs. Then offer them an intermediate salary. Bottom line! That's wrong very wrong.
