And not a single interview was offered.

I guess whatever the OP's talking about has something to do with this guy:

Howard Hughes - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

You can never take it personal that a submitted resume did not generate a call for a interview because lots of posted jobs are fake. I worked for a company that posted fake jobs all the time and hired from within

Apparently Howard Hughes isn't qualified enough to be a senior manager or even an entry level manager.

I must be doing something right. I have no professional accounting experience, I live in the bottom 8th state when it comes to unemployment rate, and my resume has no working history on it..... and yet, I still get called in for interviews. I'm about to add a second page to my resume detailing my work history, hoping for more calls :x

The interview parts is easy for me to get for some reason, but getting a job from them is much harder.

Well, he did become a rather eccentric and a recluse toward the end of his life. That makes it hard to manage a team now a days.

Don't you think these employers simply don't want to hire a dead man?

How about a Ronald Reagan resume, or a Bill Clinton resume? Work history includes former governor, former President, etc. If that doesn't work, it's definitely a fake listing!
