Wondering where else there are contemporary/modern architecture firms that are hiring outside of NYC and California. It seems like most jobs are only in those two places.

Architecture and construction are always the last to come back from a recession, but where else is it growing? One can only take the NYC for so long!

I suspect that if one were to right letters to even top ten Schools of Architecture in the US and ask how many graduates have found fulltime employment related to their degree within a year of graduation the percentage would be down under 20%...

Chet - that is an excellent idea! Thank you for it.

Agreed Denmark and China are definitely growing.
We have considered Denmark since we have visited and it is so modern focused. I have not been to China, but would assume the same.

Yes, sometimes I get lazy with the old' text to speach...
