I am by no means a senior professional, but have a very thorough LinkedIn profile and some experience recruiters seem to like. I am not actively looking for work, but am getting 3-4 recruiters hitting me up a week. Some of them are obviously W-2, no benefit crap work, but some of them seem like relatively good positions that are worth a look. It seems like things are picking back up out there. What do you think?
My spouse is noticing a big uptick as well, but also notices that the quality of the hits are pretty low, with many position simply being off-target for my spouse's background.
I've gotten a lot of hits recently, 3-4 weekly, and they are relevant based on my work history. This is primarily from LinkedIn although some are from recruiters who contacted me before on LinkedIn and are now following up with new/different positions. I'm just not looking to change roles right now. Most of the roles are low 6 figures.
