So a few weeks ago I interviewed with a company. A couple days ago I received an email from HR and we scheduled a time to talk. However, when I spoke to her, I found she had an accent that was almost impossible for me to understand. I could only grasp a few isolated words from each paragraph.
I currently don't know what job I'm being offered, how much it pays, which office it's located at or any other information. I wasn't able to ask any questions because I couldn't understand her responses. I didn't want to be rude by explaining that I couldn't understand her, but I'm guessing she could tell I was struggling.
Should I ask if it would be possible to speak to somebody else? What should I do in a situation like this?

If you ask to talk to someone else, you might end up getting a no call back. Is to your best interest to ask for the official offer letter, and is usually stated on the letter about how much you getting pay and where your work place is going to be. However, be aware of the scam. Good luck.
