Is this a no, no or a yes, yes? This would be for someone who already had a job, but is looking to move to a different company in the same field.

It could help them eliminate you as a candidate to make their decision easier.

A no no unless you are specifically asked, and if so I would not lie and say no (if you had another offer) but I would be tactful about how I phrase it.

I have mentioned in the past that I have other offers on the table. I try to work in the conversation so that they know I am in demand and i am desirable. They usually end up making em an offer. Don't underestimate the fact that people want the thing that other people want. if no one else wants you, then they don't want you.

It could make or break you depending on the manager interviewing you.

It's a kind of "cheating spouse" scenario - you may get what you want temporarily, but there is always going to be some degree of skepticism regarding the fidelity of the relationship.

Agreed with this. Not to mention if you're in first round interviews or screenings, it will more likely do damage, especially in lower level positions . I'd rather mention that I'm still interviewing / have strong prospects - not that I have full blown offers. This sounds better. Who wants to compete with other people's offers?

In this still shaky economy do you really think you're the only one that can fill their position? Unless you're in a field that is very unique and few have the skills, it's ridiculous to think there aren't a few people right behind you who can do the job.

OP, absolutely not. Certainly not for a low level, low skilled position.

Let me reword this. Mention that you have other offers on the table but the company you are ingerviewing with is your top choice and you really prefer to work there instead of these other companies that have made you offers.
