I just was offered my dream job and super excited to start. However, at a closer location they have the same position opened and an additional 12 more hour's. Debating should I apply or not. Appreciate the feedback.

Congratulations !

I would talk to them/ the hiring manager about this other location - they want you aboard so what's the harm in asking if it'd be possible to switch locations? Maybe you could negotiate using that as "leverage", but I'm not too sure honestly. I find no issue with just asking at any rate.
