I was called by HR saying they want to talk to me about an internal job I applied for. I am not sure if I want the job. I applied to 3 similiar positions one gives me a more flexible schedule and the other has higher qualifications/more responsibility. Out of the three I take the one with more responsibility.
Now I am thinking saying after the interview I can't give a response tight away waiting to see what happens with the other 2 positions. Then go from there making a decision.
Feel that would be okay?
Second for an interview should I shave my goatee off? It's neatly tried kept tight and clean.

Appreciate the feedback.
That is NOT a good idea because you risk not being selected for any of them.
Do all three positions report to the same manager? If so you could ask if you are being actively considered for the other 2, perhaps expressing a particular interest in one.
So set to be interviewed. The women interviewing me interviewed with her years ago. She handles all the recruiting for this one department at the hospital. So the other 2 jobs she'll probably know about.
Trying to weigh the pros and cons.
Rotating 2nd/3rd shift 5 days a week
Rotating 1st/2nd shift 5 days a week
Or
12 hour night shift 3 days a week and can work per diem with my current department where I work.

I have seen similar situations as a hiring manager. Different departments or not, HR and hiring managers speak to each other. Most likely each person that interviews you will be well aware that you have applied for the others. In our case HR will not comment on how the other interviews went, or whether the person is being considered for an offer, but they will tell us about the other applications. It definitely affects the selection, especially if there is someone else very close in qualifications. We try to hire someone that wants our job, not someone who is looking for "any" job as is implied by having 3 applications out at the same time.
