I usually use Craigslist and Indeed. Anything else and it is repeating what I see on the previously mentioned websites. Also I heard applying directly to the company is recommended? Any other tips or recommendations?

don't use websites? Or rather, go out and network with people, then use website to apply so HR gets your information after you've already secured a job with the manager
