I am helping an HVAC company with recruiting efforts for experienced technicians and installers. If you've ever searched for a job in Construction/Heating/Cooling/Trades, where do you begin your search?

I see that you are in South Carolina, probably a smallish town...

The company may need to cast the net wider to pull in the labor.. I just Googled "HVAC technician jobs," and discovered that Monster.com Indeed.com, Linked in and other major job boards will do for your purpose...
