Does any one know what cut off point companies use for their Applicant Tracking Systems? For example, if you are an 80% match you then proceed, etc.? I know this metric may largely be contingent upon application volume or other unknown inputs or they may take the top five or however many (regardless of percent match), but overall is there a typical match percent that companies use with their systems?
Any one have experience with how this data is translated on the business side? Can someone elaborate because I am very curious how it works.
