So applying online for a few job postings and only to find out they are job head hunters just trying to fill their database of resumes. They all have thick accents and never really have a job offer. Anybody get these and know a way to filter them out? Gotten 3 emails from 3 difference companies, but all have same last name. Kumar...lol

Nope just use a throw away email and don't give them your phone number. Don't post your resume with a phone number online.

The chains like Aerotek, Kelly, Medix are notorious for their lure you into the office to pump you for contacts and other information and get you into their database even though they have nothing for you routine. Most of the Indian contract houses though only call when they have a contract job requisition.
