Over the past couple weeks I have been interviewing for a position. I was flown out for the final face to face and after the interview I was told they would have a decision in a week. The next day HR contacted me asking me about relocation details. How many cars, do I own a home. Things like that.
I am wondering if that is a sign I got the job.
Never interviewed with a relo package involved before.

How exciting!!
When is the week up/when do you expect to hear from them?
Speaking from experience, I was brought down here to TX for a company that just closed its doors, but they paid 3k for my relocation. Most will help you move if you dont have too much "luggage" to move on. Bigger companies have bigger budget, so who knows. If you own your house, they assume you will have to sell or willing to sell your home and that takes time, cars how would you get them to your new location, and do you have any resources to find a house at your new job is all consider in a relocation package. But good job on the interview and get a chance to prove your worth their time. Good luck..
