Hello , I know i'm late responding to this , but I did what member HeadhunterPaul suggested and went to a UPS store. The lady scanned a copy of my DD214 to send to my e-mail as a PDF file. It cost $1.07 with tax ... it was very easy to open and download to documents on my computer. I already uploaded a copy onto a online job application. Thank you everyone who chimed in .
