Background check waiting period (business, questions)

Is the normal waiting time 7-10 business days or shorter than that? Will they call regardless of how the check goes or only call if something is wrong?

Mine are usually completed in 4-5 business days. I don't hear back, usually.

If your background is good, you won't be contacted about your background check. If they contact you about the background check, then you may need to clarify something questions hr may have.

For me, it took 4 days for them to see the results.
