I had an interview with 3 managers on Monday. I got a call yesterday from the recruiter saying that I have to interview with yet another manager in another office in Florida. I was never told that I'd be interviewing with another manager beyond the 3 I met with so it was a little surprising.
Could it be possible I'm being asked to interview once more because the original 3 couldn't come to a general consensus and needs a 2nd opinion? I doubt I'd be asked to interview yet again if I aced the interview with the original 3.
MIght be the three felt you'd be a good fit for this manager and so they called him and he called the recruiter....But he still has to follow protocol...
