Indeed isn't effective anymore. Even after you submit a resume, they still want you to fill out the same information that's already in a resume. It's extremely tedious and I'd like a less tedious way of doing it.
You could use a form-filler plugin in your browser. Choose carefully, since you don't want one that's going to forward all of that pre-filled data to an identity thief.
Start your hunt for one by doing a Google search for "form filler plugin" and the name of your browser.
Just type the info that you must fill in repeatedly such as previous employers, addresses, years worked, titles, names of managers, etc into a text file like Word or Wordpad. Then copy-and-paste the text into your applications, as needed.
So you want to spam applications to employers? And everyone else too, and you wonder why employers have trouble screening 1000 applications for the 10 qualifed to interview
You just filter out the ones that you can one click. I do that once in a while but if you want the chance to interview, you have to fill everything out.

Once again where did OP say anything about spamming employers?? A quicker way to fill out a form is not spam it is just quicker, seriously, this needs to be explained to you?
