Can you give advice on writing a resume? Trying to do it myself or use special services, I found the cvblade.com. There, in the template, you need to fill in your information about your career, education, etc. and additionally, you can send a resume for a review. a real HR who checks and gives valuable advice. It seems to me that it looks useful when your resume is evaluated and corrected by the person who is engaged in hiring

I wouldn't focus on HR, but the hiring manager. Find someone who is a hiring manager to be a mentor for you, and ask that person to review your resume. Also, people who have the jobs you want, ask to see their resume and review yours.

There is no magic in getting past HR, but getting the attention of the hiring manager is key. People in HR don't do anything more than keyword patterning matching to decide which applicant is a match. For example, they wouldn't know that CentOS is the same as RedHat Linux, but the hiring manager for IT operations should.

Please understand this:

If you ask 10 "resume professionals" you will get 10 different resumes.

The best you can do is see what they have in common and go from there.
