No. Not right away. I don't think there are "do-overs" in job interviews. I wish there was such an interview do-over or mulligan because I could have really used that option! Seriously, though, if you really want to work for that company, then apply for the next job they post that you're qualified for.

Yup... you can certainly ask for feedback, but my guess is the HR person is just going to ignore/trash your email.

Try again in a few months. I used to work at this hospital and it took me 3 times before i got hired.

This is really the best answer. Two or three years from now gives them the company the ability to "forget" you in a way while also providing you with an opportunity to build upon your skills and experience which will make you a stronger candidate for the next go around. Also, the same people who interviewed you might not even be employed there by that time.

Simply re-applying again a few months down the road is too soon and isn't likely to guarantee success, unless the people who conducted your interview either leave or get canned by then.
