All FedEx branches do as far as I know. When I worked at Ground I want to say it was .25c for each hour of work that went toward tuition, but that sounds too low...maybe it was .75. Does that sound right? I don't even know what an average tuition costs. I'm pretty sure you got tuition assistance as soon as you got the job.
Bad thing about UPS, here at least, is that you pretty much have to wait for someone to retire or die to get a job there. It is supposed to be a great place to work.
What state J Arp? I live in Colorado and UPS was the easiest job ever to acquire. They're always hiring here. But there again it depends on the shift.
