make sure you keep a email receipt or written record of every job you apply for because I was called today by a employer and have a interview on monday but cannot find the receipt of the application no where in my email or my careerbuilder account. Been looking everywhere and can't find it. Just keep everything you apply to for atleast 3 months. Going by the title of the position I don't even remember applying for the job. This defintely won't happen to me again. I wanted to read the position posting again and don;t know if the job was craiglist or hotjobs. Can't locate it anywhere

Not sure how it's done, but anything that's ever been typed or received on a computer is retrievable. Lots of people get in trouble from wives who know how to retrieve trashed messages. I don't know how, but people who are adept at computers could retrieve the information you need. Even deleted files still exist.
