Had you considered that anyone who was busy flirting with you might not be the best possible source to help find employment?

i was emailing her and trying to find out what the status. if i known she was just going to keep my resume "handy" in case something came up then i would have never went to see her in the first place. i'm doing a lot better being a staffing specialist for myself which is why i have a job interview on wednesday.

I'm just sayin', I can't begin to imagine what would drive someone to tell you to stop contacting her. You must have emailed her quite a bit.

She felt I wasn't allowing her to do her job when I asked her these questions

"do you have relationships with any of these organizations in the city?

"what is the normal time frame for you to place someone?

Well, I can understand why she couldn't answer the second question... it's based on your credentials, personality, job availability, etc. I can't understand why she wouldn't tell you if she has contacts with certain organizations though.

I found it very interesting that she was agressive in getting me to come down there and fill out the paperwork but not agressive in letting me know where she sent my resume to.

maybe after she met you it was a different story. about her being so, AGGRESSIVE some people just may not have such a fondness for you after they really get to know you. For a supposedly educated type that is supposed to be a leader a promoter, ya sure got a lot to learn. JMO>
