HUH?? Since signing up fpr the service last week, I have been staying in contact with her through email and sending different resumes basicalt letting her know i'm serious about finding a job. So now she feels i'm contacting her too much and not allowing her to do her job?? And that we should talk MONTHLY??? What the hell kind of Service is that when you are a person who SPECIALIZES in placing people in jobs? I asked would weekly contacts be fine and she said no monthly. So i'm supposed to just wait for her to contact me after 4 weeks?? Isn't it easier to forget about someone when they haven't spoken to you in 4 weeks? She appears to be full of sH*T and had the ordasity to say don't hesistate to UPDATE her when I have a job interview so she can take credit fora job she had nothing to do with?? She has pissed me off and I don't even want to be friends at this point. I will just continue to do what I been doing which has gotten me two more interviews and no through her. I thought by us meeting on a dating site and her being attracted to me and wanting to go out to dinner would make her put me on the top of her -"TO PLACE LIST" but I see i'm being treated like a real client. So confused and pissed off right now.

It was just last thursday when she was asking when are we going out and flirting over the phone but all of a sudden this week she turned into Dr. Jekell and Ms. A$$hole
What exactly is an "employment staffing specialist"? That is the job title given to people who work in the office of a temp agency where I come from.
Well it's a little different from a employment agency bcause it's free of charge. But I have decided that if I don't get a job interview through her by the April 1st, I'm asking that my file be transferred to another staffing specialist because that would mean I gotten 2 job interviews on my own in the month of March and NONE through her which would make her POINTLESS. And since she was scheduled t have surgery in mid March I was agressively trying to get atleast 1 interview before she left because I wasn't sure how long she would be out from the surgery on her tonsils.
My employment specialist had a change of course too. After not being able to reach her for weeks, we decided last month that she would contact me about any openings available. It's been a month, and I still have yet to hear from her.

My Fraudulent Staffing Specialist was sending my resume to JOB POSTINGS on craiglist. I had to tell her, "I'M ALREADY DOING THAT SO YOU DON"T HAVE TO DO THAT ANYMORE" My purpose of dealing with her I thought was to find out about the HIDDEN JOBS in the city, not the jobs that are PUBICIZED on a internet site.
I signed up on feb 26th and since then I have gotten two interviews on my own. Pathetic
I have a feeling that what is going on is NOT that she is dissing YOU personally. Just from the fact that you know she has been sending your resume to craigslist ads shows she probably HAS VERY FEW OR NO REAL CONNECTIONS and if she acted like she did, now you know she is a BS artist. If she is saying to contact her monthly, that means she has no jobs to send your resume out to. Forget her. As for the dating thing, (1) do you really want to get tangled up in that now anyway and (2) perhaps she feels that you are only interested in her mainly to get a job through her so she figures since she has no jobs for you to apply to, you will dump her anyhow.
Today I spoke to a former coworker who relocated to Washington DC. I am shocked to find he cannot get a job and he described the deal with the agencies there. They really have nothing and are even admitting over the phone that he can come in and meet with them and then if something comes in that looks good for his resume, they will call him. I told him to get on the websites for our industry and apply directly and forget about agencies for now because it seems if companies actually have jobs to fill they are thinking there are so many people out of work, why should they pay an agency.
