Only asking because I was interviewed by two people but forgot the name of the 2nd lady who interviewed me. So I was wondering do I send another thank you note to the Director like I did after the first Interview? Of course it wouldn't be the same letter but I was only going to since I can't remember the name of the 2nd lady. Or just don't send anything?
wait 30 days.
then send not a letter but an email or phone call letting them know you are still interested. suggestion if they say something that does not make sense to you dont say "huh".

Ouch! Please don't tell me you use the adjective "retarded" in casual conversation. I better give you a brief lecture before you call one of your buddies at the bar "retarded" right in front of a father of a child with Down's Syndrome and get told off about this in a less cordial fashion.
While "to retard," as per the dictionary, does mean to debase something or to diminish the capacity of, it is really, really in poor taste to call someone "retarded" in public when you don't know who may be offended on behalf of their own mentally- or physically-challenged relative or friend. Please don't tell me you're also the same type of guy who calls his other straight guy friends "f*gs" in front of gay people!
This is just some fatherly advice before you wind up offending someone in public.
I would send something! Conventional wisdom says you should do it within the following 12 hours. There is a video on youtube that addresses this question. Or possibly a book on interviewing.
Don't forget to share any good news!
good luck!!
p.s. just send it to the person whose name you remember....not ideal, since you don't remember the 2nd person. But it won't hurt. It always helps to be nice in this kind of situation, I think. But maybe someone else will know, before tomorrow.
