I never post anything I'd have a problem with my current--or any potential--employer seeing, so it wouldn't bother me. If they want to look at photos of my dinner on the grill, my neice, my dog, and read my thoughts on why I'm thinking about repainting my living room, have at it.
I do have a problem with divulging my passwords, but I'd be happy to accept their friend request so they can poke around at will.
I don't post anything I won't want I an employer to see. I still wouldn't accept their friend request. I would never under any circumstances give my login or password.
