I am currently living in So Cal and trying to move to the Denver area. I was just offered a position at the Denver office of the company I'm currently employed at. No change in salary. My company treats me well, but I honestly want to move onto something more challenging.
I'm also interviewing with another company later this week. 3rd round interviews - I'm one of two left standing. I think there is a high probability that I will be offered a position. If I do get an offer, I'd much rather work for this company than my current company.
Question - during the interview process, do I mention anything to Employer#2 about Employer#1 already having an offer on the table? Employer#2 already knows I'm interviewing with Employer#1 but doesnt know there is a hard offer on the table.
Advice? I dont want Employer#2 to think I may reject their offer since I have one on the table (my fear being that they dont offer me anything in the first place). But I dont want to lie....and I do want their salary offer to be competitive (or more) than Employer#1's offer.

If they ask you, "Do you have any other offers?" of course you need to be honest.
I wouldn't make it a point to bring it up, though, unless they make you an offer. If they make you an offer that is more than what Employer #1 offered then it's a no brainer, take the job. Say they make you an offer that is less than or equal to what Employer #1 offered. Then you can use the offer from Employer #1 to see if they would be willing to go up in salary to get you.
