So I have performed two temp jobs at a staffing agency over the last few months as recent as last week. Should I put this company on my resume as I am still applying for other jobs as my current employment? How would you word it. "Resonsible for temporary work on an as needed basis" ?

just put down the current company name. Don't mention anything about it being temporary. If someone asks , just say you're trying to find a position closer to home that's best for your family.

Put down the name of the staffing company you worked for but also put down the roles/assignments you went on and the names of those companies as well. If someone asks you can say that while job searching you wanted to make sure that you were keeping your skills up to date, continuously building your network and wanted to keep working (or something to that effect). Describe it as a "contract position" as opposed to "temporary" as well. Good luck.
