I'm looking at changing careers in the near future.

For almost 20 years I have been employed in the social service sector however, due to the low pay/ high expectations of the industry I've burned out of each company I've worked for relatively quickly. The longest I've been able to hold down a full-time position has been 2 1/2 years.

If you are in the social service industry the turnover rate is well known so for as long as I want to stay in the field I would always be able to get a job but with wanting to get out of the field it looks like I've been "job hopping" on my resume which doesn't look good.

Any suggestions on how to indicate my work experience (which is immense in social services) without indicating how short-term I was at each company?

Set it up with bullet points of major competencies/experience at the top, and then list the companies in chronological order underneath without dates of employment.
