I remember having an opposite experience. I went into an interview and the HR manager came across as a mean drunk. It was like she had three glasses of wine before the interview and was trying to pick a fight. She had slurred speech and the 5 mile stare too lol. It was very humorous. And I knew I wasn't going to be hired right away. My friends and I still joke about it. There are so many idiots in HR.

Two former co-workers were hired there and they were HALF the sales rep I was, I felt I nailed every question and I felt I did really well and they seemed to like me. They then told me they'll call me next week to schedule another interview with their boss. Then monday morning the HR guy sends me a rejection email saying they're pursuing other candidates.
