Exodus 24: 4 “And Moses wrote down all the words of the Lord

Exodus 17: 14 “Then the Lord said to Moses, ‘Write this as a reminder in a book and recite it in the hearing of Joshua

Deut: 31: 9 “Then Moses wrote down this law, and gave it to the priests, the sons of Levi, who carried the ark of the covenant of the Lord, and to all the elders of Israel

Deut 31: 24- 26 “When Moses had finished writing down in a book the words of this law to the very end, Moses commanded the Levites who carried the ark of the covenant of the Lord, saying, ‘Take this book of the law and put it beside the ark of the covenant of the Lord your God; let it remain there as a witness against you."

Note: The Books of the Law (or Torah) are the first five books of the Bible.
Deu 31:24 It came to be as Moses concluded writing all the words of this law on a scroll until they were finished,

It does not say Moses wrote all of Deuteronomy.

RESPONSE:

Previously admitted by Eusebius.

>>P.S. if you have a bible search program (I suggest the free E-Sword) do a search on "Moses" within Deuteronomy. Over and over again he is the speaker and writer in that book.<<

Perhaps you overlooked the phrase:

"......all the words of this law on a scroll until they were finished..."

It doesn't say Moses wrote all of Deuteronomy.

Within the book of Deuteronomy it states Moses wrote down all the words of the law in a scroll.

Deuteronomy is not "all the words of the law."

Eusebius posted:

>>Psa 104:5 He has founded the earth on its bases. It shall never slip for the eon and further.<<

The correct translation is “Who laid the foundations of the earth, [that] it should not be removed for ever.***”

This was one of the bases for which Galileo was condemned. It was asserted that Ps 104.5, inspired by God, asserted that the earth did not move, (which it does). However, Galileo, suggesting that it did, was judged to be a heretic.

"The proposition that the Sun is the center of the world and does not move from its place is absurd and false philosophically and formally heretical, because it is expressly contrary to Holy Scripture. The proposition that the Earth is not the center of the world and immovable but that it moves, and also with a diurnal motion, is equally absurd and false philosophically and theologically considered at least erroneous in faith”. Papal Condemnation (Sentence) of Galileo in 1633

But Galileo was proven to be correct. The Bible was proven to be in error once again.

LOL! No, friend, the Bible was not proven to be in error. What was proven was that both Galileo and the Catholic church didn't understand what that verse said. The verse is not talking about the earth moving through space or a heliocentric or geocentric cosmology.

“Most scholars suspect that Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, Judaism's traditional founders, never existed; many doubt the tales of slavery in Egypt and the Exodus; and relatively few modern historians believe in Joshua's conquest of Jericho and the rest of the Promised Land. In the most extreme view, all of the above are complete fabrications, invented centuries after the supposed fact.”

Next, lets take a look a the Book of Joshua.

RESPONSE:

Ah yes! The literalist's sidestep, the attempt to claim that the Bible really doesn't say that the earth does not move. Of course it does, as has been shown.

The verse says what it says. And the moving sun in the Book of Joshua is also in error.

Let's next consider the biblical errors in the Joshua story.

This is classic ancient warrior
Notice how he takes a poor translation and then makes a false assumption:

Quote:
Numbers 3: 10 “But you shall make a register of Aaron and his descendants; it is they who shall attend to the priesthood, and any outsider who comes near shall be put to death.”
Note: Only Levites could be priests. No outsiders! Thus saith the Lord, but,
2 Samual 8:18 “Benaiah son of Jehoiada was over the Cherethites and the Pelethites; and David’s sons were priests."

Contradiction: David’s sons were not Levites. So both passages cannot be true.
And now notice the facts which prove there is no contradiction:

Concordant Literal 2Sa 8:18 and Benaiah son of Jehoiada [is over] both the Cherethite and the Pelethite, and the sons of David have been ministers.

KJV: 2Sa 8:18 And Benaiah1141 the son1121 of Jehoiada3077 was over both the Cherethites3774 and the Pelethites;6432 and David's1732 sons1121 were1961 chief rulers.3548

Even the Septuagint has
υἱοὶ Δαυιδ αὐλάρχαι ἦσαν.
sons of David chiefs
