My point is that if we Jews are to decide to make the kosel like a co-ed bathhouse, it will exclude a significant number of Jews from being able to daven at our nations holiest site. As it currently stands, the site is available for all. Wide open. You want to change that. I can't understand why.
Yes. Just like the photo. Men and Women dressed modestly sharing the Kotel together. No more Ultra Orthodox Jewish version of Sharia Law.

What are you talking about? Men and women do share the kosel today. The men on their side and the women on their side. You are advocating allowing all sorts of unTorah like behavior at the wall which will make it impossible for Orthodox Jews to daven there.

The Ultra Orthodox can have the cave that sits all the way to the left of the wall. Plenty of sheltered indoor room with seats, lighting and plenty of seating. The rest all becomes coed.
It's nice to see thousands of modest Jewish women arrive early to the kosel to daven. The wow have in a funny way inspired some great tznius teffila with their radical actions. I think that's called irony.
Sounds like a fair compromise to me. K'lal Yisroel certainly does not need any more stumbling blocks placed in front of blind people. And I think the WOW's provocative actions inspired some terribly unsavory behavior from the Chareidi youth. Plenty of blame to go around for both groups, and the fact that this played out right at the front door of the Shechina is heart breaking. Hopefully the Kosel will return as a place for serious tefilla and not a place for rebel rousing.
