Chanuka, according to those who established it, is all about the victory of Torah values over the sacrilegious and assimilation and is celebrated by Jews. I fail to see its connection with Thanksgiving, a holiday celebrated by Americans in remembrance of the successful harvest in Early America for which the Native Americans and early pioneers joined in thanking the lord.

Of course, one is entitled to read any meaning into whatever they want, but those are just the dry facts.

Well is a very rare occurrence. The last time it could of happened was in 1861 but Thanksgiving was only established in 1863. Also probably won't happen again until 79,811.
