I'd say its higher than 22%. I work and live part year in Arab countries and everyone knows I'm Jewish and I've never had an issue. Yet I've had a few instances in Europe where I've been with hit anti-Jewish situations including a Jew Bashing (physical attack) incident. That being said, Muslims in Europe have the same issue.

Unfortunately in many parts of Eastern Europe there's still a lot of anti-Semitism. Doesn't surprise me as to why some would conceal their identity

Really? I thought that Jews would have it worse for physical attacks although I guess nowadays everyone is afraid of Muslims so that may translate into more racism. And, they usually stand out more if they are wearing religious attire outside of Muslim neighborhoods.
