This is instigational garbage. This is a of quote of Meir Kahane and not a protocol of Zionism. If there were any fact to this then all the Arabs would have been evicted after the 1949 Armistice from Israel. The fact is that all the Jews were evicted from ALL the Arab controlled areas, including Jerusalem, after the 1949 Armistice. Plus on top of this nearly ALL the Jews were evicted from the Muslim countries across N Africa and from most of the Middle East. Yet all the Arabs who were in Israel after the 1949 Armistice was signed were still in Israel.

Which for the Jews of N Africa and the Middle East was true upwards of the start of WW1 before Europeans arrived. The Europeans brought their agendas down with them after WW1 which included blaming Jews for everything that was wrong in the world.

Your many is less than 10% and most of them are Ultra Orthodox who are completely against all forms of Zionism. Most of the strife was caused by Germany & Britain before WW2. Each fed the Arabs false information and started each sentence with the word Zionist.
