What's interesting is the rabbi listed there who revoked the conversions did this around 2009 but it appears in 2013 he had fraud, breach of trust and abuse of power charges against him.
I agree with this: “In my mind, once you’re Jewish, you’re Jewish. You can’t reverse it on a born Jew, so why a convert?" (Women)
Or in other words: "If a conversion can be annulled years after it is performed, it means that all conversions are conditional – so why bother converting at all?" (Schechter Institute - Responsa in a Moment) The repercussions on children born to women who converted is mind-boggling if a conversion can be annulled years later. I understand the idea of not accepting certain types of conversions that don't meet an acceptable standard of Judaism, but annulment years after the conversion is simply not logical and unfair to all concerned.

Exactly the reason why conversions have to be done right in the first place.
I'm sure that the ultra-Orthodox would say that their way is the Torah way, given by God at Mount Sinai along with black hats, white shirts, and a recipe for potato kugel. Everyone else's ways are man-made.

You forgot the kishke.
