I think that both make a good point, and thank you for posting them.
To me, they show that Orthodoxy can be just as " big tent" as the other streams, and that Jews who subscribe to an Orthodox POV can come in all forms. Nothing has to be as militant or unbending as some would have it look, and not all Orthodox dress in black hats as some insist.

I agree totally. As long as the focus is on Halacha, all the "shapes and sizes" are irrelevant.
