With google translate at one's fingertips, why have an issue?...
Because typing this "Vos makht a yid" into google translate using english letters does not yield a english translation but it will give the correct Yiddish translation in Yiddish. But even of you take that translation, it doesn't get you to the correct english translation.
As a Christian that believes in scripture OT/NT (actually a continuous book). I believe we are forever grafted to the olive
branch of the Jew . We then are perhaps quasi-messanics (real messanics are Jews who believe in Jesus Christ as messiah). Anyway, who cares about titles except for communicating your path in life. As a Christian I'm bursting with pride to be clinging to the sleeve of the Jewish believer and have found a new insight into Hebrew feasts and festivals probably more insight than lets say moderate or secular Jews who are in left field in a similar way Christian religions are a mix of truth and cluelessness (the later point or claim is an extremely catastrophic claim or opinion). So here is what we need to as a person and a nation. Protect Israel and NEVER EVER be remotely involved in dividing Israel aka God's land! Our nation under many administrations have unknowingly created a threat to our existence or well being having an element of countries that are radically Jihadist. Our well being is threatened by God's wrath, the immediate deaths of leaders /negotiators and the collateral damage created by weather, fires, solar flares( EMP's) earthquakes etc all a spin off of our relationship with Judaic interface. This is in addition to harbingers already impacting life.
