Why don't Jews just convert to Islam? Both religions worship the same god. They both follow the same dietary laws. They both circumcise baby boys. I don't see there's that much difference.

Because they are Jewish not Islamic.

Based on this logic, many sects in Christianity can be moved under Catholicism. Both believe in Christ and both believe in God then there are some ostensibly minor differences.
Jews aren't Muslim and similarities won't make them Islamic (hmmm, I think my mom just rolled over in the rose bushes I put her in after she passed away).
