I saw a sign today at a local car wash that they will be open extra hours this week at night for Passover cleaning. That's good to know because most close in the evening.

While my own synagogue isn't Chabad, I nevertheless recommend Chabad's outstanding Jewish outreach for any Jews in need of a Seder kit, which Chabad will kindly provide. You can find a Chabad near you via this link:
Chabad also kindly provides a free download for those in need of a Haggadah either just for yourself or also Haggadot for all your Seder guests. You will find it at this link:
Now that the Covid rules have been relaxed, our congregation can have a community Seder again, and I'm very much looking forward to this tomorrow evening, after such a long time!
Wishing you all Chag Pesach Kasher v'Sameach (A Kosher and Joyous Passover Holiday!)

One of the Chabads in my general area listed on their website that the Seder Kits are only for those in their neighborhood (so technically someone who lives just outside the neighborhood wouldn't be eligible!).
Meanwhile, I want to wish everything a Happy, Healthy & Kosher Passover!

Good to know, Chava. There may be other synagogues in one's area with outreach of their own, or special assistance for the homebound, so I would suggest that anyone in need of assistance contact the nearest synagogue to you.
There are the community Seders, as well, and even though synagogues generally charge nominal admission to help pay for all the food, wine, and staff clean-up afterwards (mine charges $50 for members and $60 for non-members) there are also charitable donations made by congregation members to aid Jews who are unable pay. If one contacts the synagogue office, one might be able to find out more. Keep in mind that, if you plan to attend a community Seder, the synagogue may require you to show your vaccination card first. Best to call in advance to find out what the rules are.
I was back again yesterday at Gourmet Glatt in Cedarhurst, just getting some last-minute groceries, and I noticed that they had an entire case of pre-made Seder plates. I didn't check the price, so I'm sorry I can't provide that information here, and I think the plates were paper, but all the traditional food items were in place on each.
Edited to add: Just thought I'd mention that I know that you're aware of all this, Chava. I'm using the general "you" for any visitors to the forum who aren't aware, in order to provide helpful info.
