Hey Everyone,

I am considering putting an offer on a loft at SoHo (on 8th, adjacent to the coffee roastery).

Ive read the negative comments along the the article in The Pitch.

I am hoping to be able to talk to someone who lives in this particular building, if possible.

Thanks,

Matt

I have been there since June and it's a very quite building. Well maintained. I have a 2 bedroom loft that faces the coffee plant. There's some noise from that. The up side is I can occasionally hear the faint sounds of jazz from the Phoenix as I got to sleep. It's pretty cool.
