Awesome photos. I do wish the crossroads was that busy more than one day a month though and it seems like there has been almost no infill new construction in the crossroads now that most of the older warehouse stock has been renovated, which is kind of mind boggling considering the PAC has now been open for a year etc. I would have thought by now the crossroads would be in sort of the second phase of urban redevelopment (new construction).

But still great photos, first fridays are great and the area has neat urban/gritty vibe to it when it is hopping with activity.
