Such a stupid comparison. How in hell does this make sense?

I've been to both places and nothing alike. Am I missing lan inside joke? Some bar's theme?

I suppose the joke is that people visiting San Diego cross the border to Tijuana to party, and youngsters from Johnson County are crossing the state line to party in Westport. I guess.

The younger crowd in SD, LA and Orange County go to TJ because the clubs are open all night
and the last i knew the drinking age is 18 and much cheaper.
