Harsh Words for Caesars in Court - WSJ

Not sure if it's been brought up yet, just got a letter in the mail about it this week (not sure when, I kind of wait until weekend to check mail -.-). Anyways Caesar owns Harrah's Casino in NKC, it's not going to be good for the community/people working there.

WSJ is behind paywall, not sure if anyone can access it, I couldn't since I used up my free articles already. Just couldn't find another link online yet.

edit: found another link, http://dealbook.nytimes.com/2015/01/...otection/?_r=0 not NKC's Harrah's but Caesar's. You'll have to take my word I guess that NKC is listed as a debtor on the filing until I or someone else can find an internet source. I'm not familiar with the terminology, but I'm guessing debtor is the one that is paying up, and not the one seeking money from Caesars.

Edit again: http://www.tonyskansascity.com/2015/...hs-kansas.html here is a local link at Tony's KC

This doesn't surprise me and I'm not talking about Harrah's NKC in particular, but casinos in general.

Every town wants a casino to boost the local economy and create jobs, but building more and more casinos doesn't create more gamblers. They overbuilt.

Probably, I knew they took a big hit in 08, I thought they recovered though. I guess the economy being bad meant people had less money to gamble away
