We sent a camera to the East 9 opening celebration today... where people were walking down the street in formal wear on a 100-degree day. It looks nice, though.

The old Pickwick Hotel was the home of WHB and KMBC radio from the 1920s to the 1960s.

Nice infill project....that side of Grand, well Grand in general, needs so much work. Grand needs a road diet, bike lanes, more infill, re-done sidewalks with landscaping, etc.
