Love seeing the office towers going up downtown. Seems like a lot of hotel rooms? I there really that big a hotel market in KC?

This will be a sizable investment to the east side. The empty intersection of Troost and Armour will be developed on all four corners with midrise apartment buildings.

New hotel and residential development proposed at 16th and Broadway.







Not sure how this will impact the Copaken proposal which is just to the north. It looks like this project will replace the low rise residential buildings, but leave room for the taller office building.

It's gonna block the view you get of Kauffman Center when you're driving north on I-35.
