What's up with the Adam Mark? When I drive I 70, especially going west, it's looking really worn and run down?

It doesn't surprise me one bit. Reminds me of the Ramada Inn at Tiffany Springs. Sheraton at crown center isn't too far behind. It looks like it hasn't been updated in 30 years.

I read some reviews... Mold, duct taped curtains, roaches, nasty carpet, etc.

Adam's Mark has been run down for a long time. We hear a lot of complaints about the CoCo Key water resort.

But I think the same is true for a lot of hotels and motels that went up in the '70s and '80s. They're falling apart and no one seems to have the money or the will to fix them.

The outside of the hotel, especially when driving west, it looks like the paint is going off the sides of the hotel and the primer is showing, the east side of the building is all white splotchy looking. It almost looks vacant and abandoned. I would call it the hotel an eyesore from I 70.
