I’ve interviewed for a system design specialist (sales) position at Thrasher and they made it sound like an awesome place to work. Everyone I’ve interviewed with sounds great too. However, after reading reviews on Glassdoor and indeed, I’m feeling skeptical. Many of the reviews say that they lie about pay and turnover is very high. The base salary is 35k and they said I’d make between 80-160k. Is this realistic? I don’t want to move my family halfway across the country and quit a good job for one that will barely pay the bills. The benefits aren’t great but if the pay is high, I can manage it.
