Well, glad to see Kansas Citians think the city is better now than it was last year, and that they give the current city government (barely) passing marks, but I'm not sure I'd pronounce the municipal inferiority complex dead. I now live in another city famous for its municipal inferiority complex, and even though it's been on something of a roll of late, there are still plenty of people around who think it stinks.
